[myth-ie] NTL Analogue.

Wow there is a lot to set up! It has taken me a few days to even get to 
myth itself trying to get remote working (with IR blaster on PVVR150) and 
LCD panel working! Not to mention wireless USB dongle.

Has anyone got a working NTL analogue config? Once I have that going I 
will move on to sky digital. I can see this taking along time!
