Have any of you experimented with getting a universal remote to work
with the Hauppauge's IR receiver?

I'm trying to find a single universal remote which can take the place of
both the Hauppauge remote for our PVR-350 card, but also be able to do
the RC5 funkiness of the Pace box used for NTL Digital.  Our OneForAll
6-device remote is about 6--7 years old and unable to do things like
control our newer bits like the Sony DG700 receiver or the Samsung
LE40R74BD television.  Thus the temptation has hit. :)

I'm assuming it may be a learning remote (like Sony's RM-VL600T or the
OneForAll URC 7780 or URC 7555).
