I blew away my install a month or so ago and was back in action in about 
1.5 hours. Just backed up my xorg.conf, /etc/lircd.conf, /var/lib/myth and 
my home directory (with .lirc etc). Installed mythbuntu and then SVN and stuck 
back config files and I was away.
