[myth-ie] new MGM Channel grabber

I dropped in

a new grabber to populate MythTV with the listings for the MGM Channel 
in Ireland.  (NTL Digital channel 326 near Dublin.)

I'll be interested to learn of any problems people run into trying to 
use this.  In particular, I'm curious if I'm still using anything that's 
supplied by a version of xmltv newer than what's normally installed by 
MythTV.

I think it'd be fun to find a way to use xmltv's IMDB interface to get a 
lot more information on each film before writing out its programme 
entry. :-D

You can run it with

     perl tv_grab_ie_mgm --config-file tv_grab_ie_mgm.conf | 
mythfilldatabase --file 2 -1 -
