Not that I'm aware of.  Yet. :)  I put a bunch of notes up on 
http://www.zen.org/?cat=6 if it's of any help.

You have to do it manually.  In mythtvsetup, pick 5, Channel Editor and 
for each channel you want to set up, select it and edit the "XMLTV ID" 
field.  In /usr/share/xmltv/tv_grab_uk_rt is the 'channel_ids' file used 
by the grabber which will have the XMLTV ids for each channel you're 
interested in.  It's tedious, but you should only have to do this once. 
:)  (Except when channels come and go, anyway.)

Yes, also in the channel editor on the next page for a given channel is 
everything about the frequency and fine-tuning it.  I've never done this 
myself, so there may be some tricks to doing it effectively that the 
others on the list can share.
