[myth-ie] Channel setup/EPG guide?

Thanks for the tips Brendan, they helped a lot. Sorry for 
not replying sooner. I was having major problems with mysql, 
so I wiped everything and installed mythdora. I entered the
xmltv id on the channel settings page.

Few more questions:)
What's the difference between callsign and channel name? 
Are they very important for the program guide?
Do you enter the icon URL on the channel settings page?
