[myth-ie] Mythdora II: The Revenge .... can you say "glutton" ?

I'm redoing my Mythdora install from scratch, and will use

by the letter and see if it actually works for me.  I fear my attempt
yesterday (or the day before?) was tainted by mixing advice from
different blogs or forums or lists or whatever.  This ivtv mailing list
post sez they finally got mythtv 0.20.2 and my PVR-350 working nicely
together, combining  PVR-350, tv-out, mythdora 4.0, and mythtv 0.20.2.

So I'll see if they remembered everything they did. :)
