That's actually one of the main benefits I'd read about with XFS when
I looked into what was the best performing FS for my MythTV box.
It deletes a 4Gb recording almost immediately with no performance
issues. And to be honest, this is probably the main noticeable usage
scenario that you'll get any benefit out of XFS.
