[myth-ie] entertainment.ie grabber

For those who use Brendan's entertainment.ie grabber, you may or may
not have noticed that the website has changed subtely recently, and
the grabber is only getting events from the morning and afternoon.

I did a quick and dirty update to the tv_grab_ie_entie script to
compensate for the change in the website, which you can find attached.
Hopefully its useful for some.

Note that I commented out a section of code that checks the returned
channel name against the expected channel name because I didn't have
the time to re-implement it properly.
