Hi All,

I've updated the channel list file for the ei grabber so that it is
up-to-date with all the channels available through ei. There are now
65 available channels with this grabber! tv_grab_uk_rt is still the
best grabber to use, but its handy to have a backup solution for those
occasions when the RT site goes down (which seems to happen every few
months)

Channels available with this grabber that are not on the RT site are:
- Channel 6
- Setanta Ireland
- Setanta Golf
- Fashion TV

There's also a couple of small fixes in the grabber script as the
--configure option wasn't working and the progress bar wasn't accurate
anymore.

Maybe you'd add these changes to the 'official' release Brendan ?
