[WM] Splitting up WebMake and EtText

Hi all,

I'm going to split up WebMake into a WebMake distribution, containing the
HTML::WebMake modules, and an EtText one containing Text::EtText with its
own doco and interface.

This should (a) allow people to use EtText without using WebMake (although
I have no idea why you'd want to do such a thing! ;)  and (b) allow me to
use CPAN to distribute it -- pretty handy.

Anyway, this is just a heads-up -- it probably won't affect you all too
much, although it will probably mean that installing WebMake will include
an extra "perl -MCPAN -e shell"/"install Text::EtText" step.
