Aha!  Yep, you're spot on, the HTML-cleaner will try to add image
sizes, if it comes across an img tag without the width and/or height
attributes -- in addition to the ${IMGSIZE} support.

OK, this is now fixed... tomorrow's development version should work
correctly.
