agh!  I don't believe it!  Sure enough, that is not in the distro;
something assumes that because it contains "CVS", it is not to be
packaged.

I've checked in a fix for that into the development version.

I think you might have an old version of CGI.pm -- the version I have here
(2.56) includes that fn.  However I think I can do that action without
requiring an upgrade to CGI.pm .    Try out the dev version after this
message, and see if it works better.
