[WM] WebMake-2.3 tests fail

perl-5.005_03, it's a SuSE-7.0 based system.

YES! They're gone. The "problem" is, that I'm using 
'perl -MCPAN -e shell;' for doing the module handling. Everything is done
automatically so I had no possibility to do the installation before the tests.

After having forced the installation  and doing a 'make test' thereafter, all
errors disappereard. Only the 'pod' problem remains.

Yes. All prerequisits given in the README file were installed before 
WebMake.
