[WM] using html-tidy instead of html-cleaner

Hi,
would it be possible to use tidy (tidy.sf.net) as the html-cleaner instead of
the html-cleaner module that comes with webmake? If I use tidy manually after
"webmake" on the generated .html-files, the next time i call webmake the
whole site would be regenerated because webmake (rightly) thinks that the
content has changed...and of course, the modification time inside the html is
also updated, which is rather misleading.

Greetings,
Aino de Vries
