[WM] getting Webmake to install on Win2K

I would like to see a new release of Webmake that will
install out-of-the-box on Windows 2000, using ActivePerl
v5.6.1 (or higher). I've tried to install webmake under both
Win98 SE and Win2K, using the latest versions of Perl and 
of Webmake.

Each time the install failed, partly due to the .raw filetype
and partly due to the fact that etText wasn't installed in
the webmake directory. Is fixing this on the to-do list?
