Hi folks -- sorry about the lack of comment, I'm working on releasing
SpamAssassin 2.40 at the moment.

Yep, installation of perl modules on windows is a *nightmare*.
ActiveState have PPM, and IndigoPerl have yet another setup tool if I
recall correctly, and neither really works with CPAN.pm anyway. :(

Would any kind windows user be interested in making PPMs of WebMake and
EtText releases?  I can host 'em on SpamAssassin.taint.org no problem.
(if I recall correctly, PPM repositories are delivered over http anyway,
right?)
