[WM] [Q] What about the Multi Language Support / lang_tag?

I don't really know -- the documentation for the lang tag is sorely
lacking :(

<use plugin="lang_tag" /> should load the module, but what to do after
that I don't really know!  I think the mail message is the best guide,
until somebody (Chris? ;) writes some doco.
