[WM] Characters to entities

Is there a way that nonstandard characters in input text, such as the 
inverted question mark (¿), can be mapped automatically to entity 
references in HTML output?

The text for my current site has numerous characters that should be 
represented in HTML as entities: á, é, ñ... I would like to enter these 
characters normally as input text and have WebMake (or EtText) 
automatically change them to their respective entities (á 
é ñ...) How can this be done?
