[WM] List item issue

Hi,
I have a list of items, as below:

The HTML that is generated by ET is fine except that the last list item 
has paragraph tags in it, around the text of the list item. And the 
browser displays more space before the last item than between the other 
ones.

Is there some code somewhere that tries to put paragraph tags in all the 
list items and only manages to affect the last one? Would this problem 
be in the HTML checker or in the main ET code, or even in WebMake?
