[WM] cgi: Blank lines stripped and ?script tries to go above
webroot?

I think this is a bug :( Could you try the latest bleeding-edge
version to see if it's fixed?

if I recall correctly, this is a side-effect of using one of the perl
modules (Cwd I think), and is harmless.
