[WM] webmake.cgi

I have problems using webmake.cgi
I took the steps showed in the documentation:
- link webmake.cgi to my server cgi-bin directory
         I did as local server (/opt/lamp/cgi-bin)
- set it up as a password protected area
- create the webmake.passwd
- edit webmake.cgi
- chmod webmake.cgi

When i browse, mozilla doesn 't handle the file. It appears the next 
message:
The file "#3" is of type #2 (#1). and #4 does not know to handle this 
file type. This file is located at: (and nothing more...)
