[WM] Webmake 2.4 doen's pass rssbox.t

Hi all,

recently I downloaded HTML-WebMake-2.4 made 'perl Makefile.PL' and 'make',
but when running 'make test' the next errors appears (any help will be
GREATLY appreciated).

I can live without RSS, I think that's the one that fails, but I'll prefer a
complete funciotnal Webmake. Of course any guidance will be appreciated to
fix it =, and promise to send a patch (or more than one if that's the case)
to solve it.
