[WM] want to use URL

Hallo,

in each page I want to get the URL of _this_ page: I want to make a link
"translate this page". 

Example:
<http://www.online-translator.com/url/tran_url.asp?lang=de&url=[URL]&direction=eg&template=General&cp1=NO&cp2=NO&autotranslate=on&psubmit2.x=89&psubmit2.y=12
>

All my trys wouldn't work. Please: Tell me how to code this for each content page. Pleas give me a working example.

My english is bad - I know.
